Pre-Shipment Quality Control (AQL)

Every production lot in Faisalabad is subjected to structured quality gate checks before being cleared for packing and container loading:

1. 1Raw Yarn & Fabric Verification: Testing yarn count, fiber uniformity, ring-spun softness, and shrinkage tolerance before knitting or weaving begins.
2. 2In-Line Production Inspection: Checking loop density on circular knitting machines for socks, loop pile integrity on terry towel looms, and seam tensions on undergarments.
3. 3Colorfastness & Wash Testing: Testing reactive dye fastness under ISO wash conditions (up to 60°C) to ensure zero bleeding, fading, or pilling.
4. 4Final Random Inspection (AQL 2.5): Checking size tolerance charts, barcoding accuracy, hang-tag placement, needle detection, and carton gross/net weight consistency.

Because innerwear and socks maintain direct, continuous skin contact, we commit to internationally aligned ecological safety standards:

Export Packaging & Moisture Protection

• Carton Integrity: Heavy-duty 5-ply or 7-ply corrugated master cartons engineered for sea-freight stacking.
• Moisture Barrier: Polyethylene inner liner bags and silica gel desiccants to prevent maritime humidity damage.
• Shipping Marks: High-visibility stencil or label printing including Purchase Order #, Gross/Net Weight, Carton #, and Country of Origin ("Made in Pakistan").
